The coaching framework is the world renowned Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching. It is one the very few, if not THE only one that comes with a NO GROWTH, NO PAY policy. In other words, through this coaching engagement, the participating leader WILL (a.ka. guaranteed) improve on the chosen behaviour(s) to work, based on the feedback of his/her stakeholders (not the coach or the leader), failing which, there is no charge.

Dr. Marshall Goldsmith was recognized as the#1 Leadership Thinker in the World and the top 5 Management Thinker in 2015, as well as one of the top ten Most-Influential Business Thinkers in the World and the top-ranked executive coach at the 2013 biennial Thinkers50 ceremony in London.

Usually starts with in-depth preparation work to ensure the coach and the coachee is consistently and continuously on the same page. This helps tremendously in the coaching sessions to be well conducted, which in turn ensures the eventual outcome matches the objective of coaching.
